 Mizzou Football continues the 2013 season at Faurot Field/Memorial Stadium forthe second week in a row with Toledo at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7. Thenon-conference game will be nationally televised on ESPNU. The best source forupdated game day information, including maps, traffic flow, parking, tailgatinginformation and much more is mizzougameday.com.


Fansare additionally reminded to take precautionary measures in regards to theexpected high temperatures. Special amenities that were available to fans forMizzou's season-opener vs. Murray State will remain in place for the Toledogame.


TIGERWALK- Approximately two hours and 15 minutes prior to kickoff (12:15 p.m. thisSaturday), the Mizzou team will arrive via bus at the Mizzou Athletics TrainingComplex (MATC). Don't miss the opportunity to join in on this game daytradition that has become a fan favorite. Join hundreds of Tiger fans andwelcome the team and coaches as they cross the Tiger Walk Bridge, spanningProvidence Road, and walk down behind the stadium to their locker room.


TICKETSSTILL AVAILABLE- Fans who haven't purchased their tickets yet still have the opportunity to doso, as seats for the Tigers' matchup with the Rockets are still available. Fanscan purchase tickets for as low as $20 (general admission). Orders can be madevia phone at 1-800-CAT-PAWS, online at mutigers.com and ticketmaster.com, or inperson at the Mizzou Arena Ticket Office. The Memorial Stadium and Mizzou Arenaticket offices will open at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.


ARRIVEEARLY- Due to the large crowd that is expected, fans are encouraged to arrive earlyand make plans to enter the stadium early. Long lines can form outside of thestadium just before kickoff, and with security checks of bags, it can take awhile to get into the stadium. The stadium gates will open at 1 p.m.


PARKINGINFORMATION- Parking lots will open at 8 a.m. on Saturday, with the exception of Truman'sLanding (for all RVs) at 7 a.m. Tailgating tents should not exceed 10'x10' andmay not be set up prior to Saturday when the parking lots open.


Separately,Truman's Landing will open at 6 p.m. on Friday evening, with RV stagingbeginning at 2 p.m. Fans are not permitted to setup at Truman's Landing beforethe lot opens at 6 p.m.


Fanscan park in any general public lots, which include a small lot to the immediatesouth of Truman's Landing on Research Park Drive, as well as in the DaltonParking Lot located to the north of Truman's Landing on Research Park Drive.The Tiger Ave. Garage and Parking Structure #7 are also available during anyhome game this season on a first come, first served for a fee of $25. CONSTRUCTIONUPDATES- Due to ongoing construction on Memorial Stadium's east side, Mizzou fans areasked to pay careful attention to added signage and directions postedthroughout the facility. Continue to visit @mizzougamedayonfootball game days for additional updates on the east side construction.


East Ramp Closed: The ramp whichallowed movement between the south side and east side of the stadium has beenclosed. A temporary stairwell has been constructed to provide access directlysouth of the previous stairwell near Gate 6E and Mick Deaver.


Gate 2E: In an effort toassist guests who access the east side of the stadium, this gate has beentemporarily expanded for the 2013 season. When approaching the stadium from theeast side, please follow any directional signage in order to expedite entryinto the stadium. Please plan on allowing extra time for entering the stadiumfrom the east side.


Gates 3E, 4E, 5E and 6E: These gates willall remain open during construction and will remain the designated entry pointfor students. When approaching the stadium from the east side, please followany directional signage in order to expedite entry into the stadium. Pleaseplan on allowing extra time for entering the stadium from the east side.



TIGERTAILGATE RADIO SHOW FROM THE HEARNES CENTER'S WEST LAWN – The TigerTailgate Radio Show, presented by St. Louis RV, on the Mizzou Radio Network isevery Tiger fan's chance to get ready for the game, with each hour-long showbeginning two hours prior to home kickoffs (12:30 p.m. on Saturday). Hosted byBrad Tregnago, weekly appearances are made by Voice of the Tigers Mike Kellyand broadcast partner Howard Richards, as well as other Mizzou personalities.Broadcast from the Hearnes Center's west lawn, fans can get in on the actionwith prize giveaways each week, including a $100 Tiger Team Store gift card.Additional prizes are available for the first 100 fans to stop by!


MIZZOUEXPERIENCE AND KIDS CARNIVAL – Fans and children can take part in theMizzou Experience and Kids Carnival prior to kickoff (11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.)inside the Hearnes Center Fieldhouse. The event includes an inflatable bouncehouse, face painting and balloon artists. A big-screen TV will be on hand tohelp attendees keep track of other games around the country!


MIZZOUSTATS APPLICATION– A new, free, in-game statistical distribution system is in place for Mizzoufans during home events. MizzouStats.com can be accessedfrom desktop and mobile devices, with the mobile website available to mostsmart phones and tablets (Android, iPhone, BlackBerry, etc.). The TapStatsmobile application used in previous years on iOS devices will no longer be inservice.


MIZZOUGAMEDAY.COM - Fans can getall of the information they need to attend a Tiger Football game at FaurotField/Memorial Stadium by going to the new and improved mizzougameday.com. WEARGOLD- All fans are encouraged to wear gold to all of the Tigers' games, with theexception of the annual Blackout game. The Tiger Team Store, located on theNorth concourse of Memorial Stadium, has plenty of gold-colored merchandise onsale, with the store opening at 8 a.m. on Saturday. Additionally, the TigerTeam Store located in the lobby of Mizzou Arena will be open on Saturday from 9a.m. until kickoff. Temporary Tiger Team Store locations will also be availablenear Lot TQBC (8 a.m.), Lot M and Lot X (both 9 a.m.) on game day.


PASSOUTS- This is a reminder that there are NO pass outs at Mizzou football games. Formany years our fans have had the chance to enter the stadium for the start ofthe game, exit at some point and re-enter. That no longer became a possibilitylast season, per SEC policy, and will continue for 2013 and going forward. Weknow this will continue to be an adjustment for some of you, and we appreciateyour understanding.


SMOKINGPOLICY- As of July 1, 2013, the University of Missouri has become a smoke-freecampus. In order to promote an enjoyable game day experience for everyone,smoking is not permitted in Memorial Stadium or in the surrounding parkinglots. For more information you can visit smokefree.missouri.edu.


BELOUD, BE RESPECTFUL, BE RESPONSIBLE - Fans make a difference for the teamwhen they're loud. Along with that, fans are always expected to be respectfulof those around them and to be responsible with their actions.


GAMEDAY TEXTING SYSTEM -Fans who have an issue or concern within Memorial Stadium on game day areencouraged to utilize the game day text messaging system. By texting"MIZFAN (space) issue and location" to 51234, the appropriatepersonnel will be dispatched to aid in resolving the issue in a timely manner.The system is primarily for facility, security or medical issues. Standard textmessaging rates apply.
