CROWDER COLLEGE REPORTS RECORD ENROLLMENT

NEOSHO, MO - Student enrollment numbers at Crowder College for the fall 2013 semester show an increase over last year. The college records show student numbers increased 4.6% to a record 5,845 students. Credit hours also recorded a record totaling 54,213, which is an increase of 4.3%.

“Affordable tuition, quality programs and convenient locations seem to be the biggest influences in the increased number of students,” stated Jim Riggs, Director of Admissions.

Crowder College has locations in Neosho, Cassville, Nevada, and Webb City. The McDonald County facility will open this spring in the new location with the Webb City expansion to be completed for the fall of 2014. Crowder has also expanded by offering classes in Carthage, Monett, Greenfield, Lamar, and Mt. Vernon. Convenient locations along with flexible schedules and online classes provide many opportunities for Crowder students. Crowder offers over 80 degree and certificate programs providing students the opportunity to complete a degree and transfer to a four year university or go into the workforce.
