CRISPY SKIN BAKED POTATOES
1 Bakers potato per person
Green onions, sliced
Place potatoes in an a iron skillet then coat each potato with olive oil. Sprinkle with coarse salt and garlic powder. Bake at 450 until potatoes are soft on the inside 45-75 minutes.
Slice length-wise and squeeze to fluff potato. Serve with desired toppings.
