Members of Live Well Crawford County (on Facebook) participated in the second annual Jam Day event on Thursday.
It's a nationwide effort to encourage people to take just a minute out of the day to get up and be active.
The community wellness group got up and got moving hoping to encourage others to do the same.
"Everybody has one minute where they can get up from their desk and stretch and go do something, and if we think of things in small terms like that we can make a difference," says Kimberly Muff, Chair of Healthy Community Initiatives.
Organizers of Thursday's event were hoping to break last years record number of participants - nationwide more than 1.3 million people got involved.
