Freeman Neosho Hospital hosts blood drive

Monday, September 30

Freeman Neosho south parking lot
(inside Community Blood Center of the Ozarks’ Bloodmobile)
113 West Hickory Street
Neosho, Mo.

Donors 17 or older who weigh at least 110 pounds and have not given blood in the past eight weeks are encouraged to participate in the Freeman Neosho Blood Drive.

According to Community Blood Center of the Ozarks, one donation can help save the lives of up to three people. An individual who begins donating at age 17 and does so every 56 days could potentially save more than 1,000 lives.

Participants are asked to bring photo identification. Donors are encouraged to eat well and drink plenty of fluids prior to the blood drive. To preregister, please call 417.455.4332.
