Pittsburg State University Homecoming Events

Updated:

A week full of events are planned at Pittsburg State University to celebrate Homecoming.

University officials says homecoming is a century-old tradition.

According to "Pittsburg State University: A Photographic History of the First 100 Years," by Randy Roberts and Shannon Phillips, the homecoming tradition began in the university's early years as reunions associated with teachers' meetings each fall.
