Local Teen Hand Selected as Performer at Prestigious Winter Lights LA Concert

Grant Landis was originally “discovered” thru rigorous TEEN HOOT UK contest. The contest featured 7 days and 516,000 votes by international participating resulting in Grant receiving the TOP PLACEMENT above all other participants. Winning the popular vote in this contest led his fans to enter him as a suggested performer for Winter Lights LA. Judges from this event hand pick from suggested artists to perform and confirmed Grant Landis’ acceptance today.

Grant Landis (Joplin, MO): Grant Landis is a 14 year old pop singer songwriter from Joplin, MO. At the age of 12, he co-wrote three songs with award winning songwriter Brian Maher and recording artist/songwriter Rich McCready. Those originals are available on iTunes. In July 2013 he and Brian Maher co-wrote three additional songs. Grant plays acoustic guitar and draws inspiration from John Mayer and Ed Sheeran. Grant's videos can be viewed on YouTube and he can be followed on social media at the links below. Grant is accompanied on the cajon by another local 14 year old musician, Howard Nunnelly.

Grant will be one of the many acts to perform at the biggest holiday event to hit LA, Winter Lights 2013 by KLiK Events. The hottest concert of the year with social media’s biggest stars all under one roof is happening at Beyond the Stars Palace in Glendale, CA on December 8th.
