Crowder Soccer Scholarship for Area High School MVP's

Press Release Crowder College: 

Crowder College soccer coach Brad Smith announced today the initiation of a new soccers scholarship through the Crowder Foundation.

The fourstates MVP soccer scholarship is designed to attract high school players in thefour states region that received the MVP award from their high school soccerteam and is designed to assist with the cost of tuition and fees, room andboard, and books. Qualified players should e-mail: bradsmith@crowder.edu

"I reallywant to thank the Rice's for their generous donation and their help in tryingto attract the best local talent to Crowder," said Coach Smith. "We live andbreathe with our local talent and need to be able to attract these kids to runa successful program."

CrowderCollege's soccer program began in 2008. Coach Smith has 40 seasons as a collegecoach. His teams are know for their quality of play, competitiveness andsportsmanship. The team participates in the National Junior College AthleticAssociation (NJCAA) Division I for Region 16.
