BUFFALO RANCH CHICKEN WRAPS
1 ½ lbs chicken breast, cut into chunks
2 T dry ranch dressing mix (to taste)
4 slices cooked bacon, cooked and crumbled
Franks Hot Wing Sauce
Romaine lettuce leaves, washed and separated
Bleu cheese or feta cheese crumbles
Sprinkle chicken with ranch dressing mix. Cook chicken thoroughly in skillet. Toss chicken in Franks Hot Wing sauce.
Lay lettuce leaf flat. Top with chicken, feta cheese and green onions. Roll up.
