Lindburg Pharmacy opens second location – Lindburg Pharmacy North

Pittsburg, KS – Dr. Brian Sullivan, owner of Lindburg Pharmacy, is pleased to announce the opening of a second location – Lindburg Pharmacy North.

Formerly The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy of Pittsburg, Lindburg Pharmacy North is located at 2409 Broadway in Pittsburg. Travis Hilburn, PharmD will be the managing pharmacist at this location and the majority of the Medicine Shoppe staff will be staying through the transition.

Dr. Sullivan received his doctorate in pharmacy from KU in 1996. He has been the owner and pharmacist at Lindburg Pharmacy since 2007.

"We are excited to expand our services in Pittsburg, and be even closer to our loyal customers in Frontenac,” stated Sullivan. “We now can give our community convenient pharmacy services in two locations as we strive to be medication experts and provide quality service. It is an honor to serve the customers of Evelyn Pistole and her husband, the late David Pistole. Through their many years of hard work and dedication, a number of Pittsburg pharmacies were combined to eventually form the Medicine Shoppe. I am very proud that the long-standing Lindburg name will continue to carry on the local pharmacy heritage.”

Lindburg Pharmacy has existed in Pittsburg, Kansas since 1877. Currently owned by Pharmacist Brian Sullivan and Osborn Drugs, Inc., Lindburg Pharmacy offers a wide variety of services including prescription compounding, nursing home medication dispensing and consulting, home medical equipment, diabetic supplies, Premier Value over-the-counter medications and vitamins and much more.
