Christ In Youth wins 11 awards at regional ADDY's

CHRIST IN YOUTH WINS 11 AWARDS AT REGIONAL ADDYs

Campaign for CIY MIX Jr. High event receives one of two Judges Choice awards

JOPLIN, MO. – Christ In Youth – a nonprofit organization headquartered in Joplin, Mo. – swept every category in which it submitted items for the regional ADDY Awards Banquet that took place Feb. 8 at The Elks Lodge in Joplin. The American Advertising Awards represent the best production within the world of media – from posters to brochures to television and radio commercials.

CIY finished the night with four gold ADDY awards and seven silver awards. CIY also was named one of two Judges Choice winners for its submission of materials associated with MIX – a Jr. high conference that has approximately 4,000 students in attendance each summer. This is the fourth year in a row that CIY has won the Judges Choice award.

“Christ In Youth has been blessed for the past four years to be recognized for its marketing, design and media among the region’s very best,” said Chris Jefferson, vice president of organizational advancement. “The ADDY Awards affirm each year to our team the quality of their work.”

CIY’s awards came in the category of “Advertising for the Arts & Sciences.” This year’s awards were as follows:

Kobach will face the Democratic nominee Laura Kelly.  Governor Colyer was elevated from his position after former Kansas Governor Sam Brownback took an ambassador's position.
