Students at Webb City Junior High are working on their leadership skills by teaching their teachers, through a program called "E-Leaders".
Students help lead professional development presentations with a focus on technology.
The group of 22 has been meeting on a daily basis creating unique training sessions, based on a survey of need from faculty and staff.
On Friday the "E-Leaders" got the chance to show off what they've been working on.
"They're showing us different websites and apps that we can use on our iPads, it's ways for teachers and students to communicate get help with homework," says 7th grade teacher Nikki Stettes.Students also put their "tweeting" skills to use, taking time to train teachers on the use of Twitter, Tweetdeck, and the role of hashtags.
