(Miami, OK) – The latest in attractions, dining, entertainment and recreational opportunities offered in Miami, Oklahoma are featured in the newly released 2014 edition of the Official Miami Visitor Guide. New to the guide in 2014 are updated itineraries for group leaders and information for meeting planners. The Miami Visitor Guide is the official publication of the Miami CVB and according to CVB Executive Director Amanda Davis, requests for the guide continue to increase annually. “The Miami Visitor Guide is the strongest marketing piece we produce. Our goal in this segment of our annual marketing campaign is to get the guide in the hands of prospective leisure travelers, meeting planners, motorcoach bus operators and those looking to bring sporting events to our area” said Davis. “Recruiting new visitor dollars into our city is very important for our tax base. This guide does a great job of telling the very unique story of Miami, Oklahoma.”

Copies of the guide can also be requested through the Oklahoma Travel and Recreation Department atwww.travelok.com. For those traveling along Interstate 44 and throughout Oklahoma, the Miami CVB has placed guides at all Oklahoma travel information centers.
