Bunch appointed as NEO’s director of information technology and online technology specialist

Miami, Oklahoma – Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014 – Officials at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (NEO), announced that Kimberly “Kim” J. Bunch will serve as the director of information technology and online technology specialist. Bunch replaces Brad Henderson. Her official start date is Monday, March 24, 2014.

Bunch comes to NEO from the Nebraska Supreme Court/Probation Administration, where she was praised for the rewrite of the Probation Case Management database. The rewrite is recognized as, “The most information-rich database seen within criminal justice” by Dr. Hank Robinson, director for the consortium for crime and justice research at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Bunch is an Oklahoma native and graduated from Stillwater High School. After 21 years in Nebraska, she said she is looking forward to returning to the great state as a civil leader. Bunch will accomplish this by assisting students with their educational goals and aspirations through technology.

“I look to the future for NEO in technology advancement,” Bunch said.

Bunch earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and her master’s degree in computer information systems from the University of Phoenix. She has worked in the information technology field for 18 years.

Bunch and her husband, Jimmy, also a native from Oklahoma, have been married 21 years. They enjoy traveling, fishing and spending time with family and friends. They have twin girls, Kaylah and Jhenna, in first grade. The family will reside in Miami.
