Weekend baseball schedule altered

The Missouri Southern baseball team has announced changes to its weekend schedule with Fort Hays State as anticipated weather in the Joplin area will mean the pushing up of game dates and times. 


Originally slated to play one game on Friday, two on Saturday and a single game on Sunday, the Lions and Tigers will now play two games on Thursday, starting at 1 pm from Joe Becker Stadium. The two teams will then play a single, nine-inning game on Friday, Feb. 28 at 1 pm and another single game on Saturday, March 1 at noon.
