City of Neosho Pet Fair offers discounted vaccinations,

Updated:
Many residents in Neosho are no longer behind in getting their pets vaccinated.
The third annual City of Neosho Pet Fair was held this afternoon, offering rabies shots and other vaccinations at a discounted rate.
City staff was also there to provide pet licensing.  Today is the deadline for renewing annual tags.
The fair also had several vendors with pet supplies, treats and information on grooming services.
"It's really convenient to get everything done," said Neosho resident Ashley Crandall.
"If you have a dog or a cat in the city limits, you're supposed to get it licensed," said Wes Franklin with the City of Neosho.  "We brought city staff here today to do just that, kind of a one stop shop."
The City of Neosho also offers residents lifetime tags, free of charge, for those whose pets have been spayed or neutered with proof of rabies vaccination.  Otherwise tags must be renewed by the March 1st deadline for $20 each year.
