Locals gather at the Carl Junction Business Expo

Updated:

Area residents gathered on Saturday for the annual Carl Junction Business Expo. Enterprises from across Jasper County had booth representation.

The information available covered the spectrum, from home, to health and beauty, to television, as several employees from KOAM and Fox-14 joined in the fun.

This year's theme was the magic of the chamber. According to officials, chamber membership has quadrupled in the past year.

"The residents of Carl Junction needs all the services that every other town needs," said Gary Stubblefield. "And so our members come here to do just a little bit more business, and to get a little more business out of Carl Junction. And we help them to do that."
