Spicy Spring Coleslaw Recipe

SPICY SPRING COLESLAW

1 lb. cabbage
3 carrots, peeled
1 medium onion
1 broccoli stalk
6 radishes
6 oz. plain yogurt
¼ cup mustard
3 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp. red pepper flakes

Cut cabbage into thin slices, no larger than ½ inch wide. Using a box grater, shred the carrots, onion, broccoli stalk, and radishes to desired width. Combine vegetables in large bowl. Top with yogurt, mustard, vinegar, sugar, and spices. Toss to combine, and refrigerate until serving.
