Delaware County women charged with child abuse

Deidre Anne Matthews of Jay, Oklahoma was charged in Delaware County District Court on Friday with three counts of child abuse by injury, child endangerment and child neglect. According to a court affidavit, Matthews' home was covered in filth and she was overly medicated.

Matthews is being held on a $100,000 bail.
