Nomination Deadline for Gold STAR Teacher Awards Is Tuesday, April 30, 2014

The Education Committee of the Neosho Area Chamber of Commerce has announced that nominations are still being accepted for the 2014 Gold STAR Award for Superior Teaching Achievements and Recognition until Tuesday, April 30, 2014.

Anyone may nominate a teacher by completing a nomination form, submitting a letter of nomination and getting an additional letter of support from a parent, student, or fellow teacher. The Neosho Area Chamber of Commerce has long recognized the great contributions good teachers make in the lives of our youth and the fostering of future leaders in our communities, state and nation. Our Neosho Area Chamber of Commerce Education Committee is proud to annually recognize teachers who exemplify the highest standards of the teaching profession.
