The PSU Student Activities Council held its annual egg hunt for children. While the rain moved the hunt indoors, kids still received eggs filled with candy, along with other prizes. The easter bunny dried off to take pictures with the kids.
Students say not canceling due to weather keeps smiles on kids faces and their own as they bring the community together
"Watching them interact with the little kids, it's just really gratifying to see that and know that they care about not just the community but future generations that we're raising because they know it's a good reason to give them not only a positive memory as a child but a positive memory of pitt state," said Eva Sager, Program Coordinator for campus activities.
Close to 300 children attended the event.
