HEALTHY SPINACH & SPRING ONION DIP

22 oz. fresh spinach
12 oz. plain (2%) Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 spring onions, thinly chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup cilantro or 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (if desired)
Salt to taste

Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Place spinach in skillet, sauteing quickly for 2-3 minutes or until wilted. Place spinach in colander to drain excess moisture.
