Brown, a 6-1, 180 pound guard comes to Southern from Joplin High School where he was a four-year starter for coach Jeff Williams and the Eagles. He was a four-time All-Conference, four-time All-District and this season was an All-State selection. Luster comes to Southern after two seasons at Hill College in Texas. A 5-10, 170 pound point guard, Luster helped lead his team to a 25-9 record this season and was named an Academic All-District selection. Luster is a native of Keller, Texas where he prepped at North Crowley High School in Fort Worth. He played three years and started two seasons for coach Tommy Brakel and the Panthers, earning All-District and All-Conference honors. He was the district MVP his senior season, while helping the Panthers to three district championships and three trips to the regional semi-finals.
