Fresh Spinach Salad Recipe

FRESH SPINACH SALAD

Bag of fresh spinach
Bunch of green onions (sliced into thin coins) or ½ red onion (quartered and sliced thinly)
4 strips of bacon, cooked crisp and cut into small pieces
French dressing
Wash spinach, shake dry, remove stems and tear into bite-sized pieces. Place in salad bowl. Add onion and bacon. Add dressing to lightly coat. Toss and serve.

    The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) has partially rescinded a boil water advisory for Public Wholesale Water Supply District No. 23. The advisory was issued because of high turbidity. High turbidity may result in a loss of chlorine residuals and bacterial contamination.     On 9-17-2016 at approximately 1314 hours, Miami Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on the South Main St bridge. Upon arrival of officers it was learned that a 2001 Mitsubishi Montero drive by 29-year-old Ashley Helms had struck the bridge. The vehicle was headed southwest and struck the north wall of the bridge. There were 2 other passengers in the vehicle. Sasha Euran, 29, and Amanda Euran, 30 all of Miami.
