Last call - NEO seeking recommendations for area Veterans and Military personnel to be honored during Patriots’ Night on Sept. 6

NEO seeking recommendations for area Veterans and Military personnel to be honored during Patriots’ Night on Sept. 6

Miami, Okla. – Wednesday, June 25, 2014 – The athletic department at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (NEO), is seeking recommendations for area Veterans and Military personnel to be honored during Patriots’ Night on Sept. 6 at Red Robertson Field in conjunction with its first home football game against Southeast Prep. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.

Sponsored by the NEO Athletic Department, the individuals selected will be honored during game day festivities. A member from each military branch will be formally honored on the field.

“The community is encouraged to nominate any Military personnel or Veterans they feel are worthy of this special recognition,” said Dale Patterson, NEO athletic director. “This is a great opportunity to pay tribute to members of our community who have dedicated their service to our country.”

Recommendations must be received by Friday, July 4. Recommendation forms are available online at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1V3CIcgRtrefozXwQLU5lQLW0Xs4MR1L1DiPuSDGmQUs/viewform or by calling the NEO Athletic Department to receive one by mail at 918-540-6327.
