Christmas in July at the Hospital - KOAM TV 7

Christmas in July at the Hospital

Updated:
The NRMC Auxiliary and NRMC Foundation collaborated on a project to purchase two new anesthesia machines for the operating suites at Nevada Regional Medical Center.  Fundraising began in 2013 with the project goal to purchase one machine in 2014 and remaining machine in 2015.

We are very excited that we were able to complete this project earlier than expected.  The first machine was delivered to the hospital in March, 2014, and because of additional discounts available to us we were able to purchase the last machine in June, 2014.  The machine was delivered to the hospital on July 1st and will be put into service within the week.

The NRMC Foundation and Auxiliary would like to thank the community in supporting our fundraising efforts.  “The partnership between the Auxiliary and Foundation is such a positive thing for the hospital and community as it allows us to provide continued improvement in our facilities and services.” stated Judith Herstein, Foundation Director.
