CROCKTOBER: Seafood Bisque Recipe

SEAFOOD BISQUE
1 onion
1 stick butter
6 oz. tomato pasted
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. old bay
1- 15 oz. can oyster soup
1 - 10 oz. can shrimp soup
1- 10 oz. can celery soup
2- 4.5 oz. cans tiny shrimp
2-4.5 oz. cans lump crab meat
2-8 oz. packages cream cheese cubed
32 oz milk or ½ and ½

Sauté onions and garlic in butter, until soft stir in tomato paste, paprika, chili powder, and old bay stir until blended well. Empty into crock pot, add remaining ingredients and blend. Set crock pot to low heat stir occasionally until cheese is melted about 2 hours. For smother Bisque blend with submersible blender before serving.
