CARL JUNCTION, MISSOURI -

 Carl Junction Senior Steven Stokes was elected as the national president of the Technology Student Association this summer. On Thursday he gave a speech at the national ACTE conference in Nashville in front of thousands of technology teachers. He represented the 2 million students who are members of the nine CTSO's nationwide.
