Narcotics Search Warrant Leads to Five Arrests

PITTSBURG, KANSAS -

On Wednesday morning, December 10, 2014, Law Enforcement Officers from the Pittsburg Police Department served a search warrant for illegal narcotics at a residence located at 1213 E. 4th St., Pittsburg. During the search, officers found items believed to be marijuana, crack cocaine and related drug paraphernalia.

Two males and three females, all from Pittsburg, were arrested and taken to the jail at the Crawford County Sheriff's Office for booking.

Male #1 is being charged with felony possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, misdemeanor possession of marijuana  and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. Male #2 and the three females are each being charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and misdemeanor and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Male #1 is being held on $7,500 bond while Male #2 and the three females are each being held on $2,000 bond. Additionally, the two males were arrested on outstanding warrants, both of which have an additional $1,000 bond amount.
