ATV crash near Fort Scott kills one

Billy Gale Minor, 25 of Branson, Kansas, was fatally injured Saturday morning when a Honda ATV rear-ended a sport trac ATV and flipped. The accident happened five miles west of Fort Scott, Kansas.  Minor was rushed to a Joplin hospital where he was pronounced dead several hours later.

    The Carthage Police Department says Nicholas Cutbirth has been charged with two counts of first degree tampering with a motor vehicle, possession of controlled substance, resisting arrest for a felony, receiving stolen property and first degree burglary.
