St. Peter's Middle School Raises Money at Munch Madness Event

Updated:
Guests chow down on international delights as part of a fundraiser for St. Peters Middle School.

Community members sampled from an array of foods at a small price...like polish sausage, Thai iced tea, and Greek salad as part of Munch Madness.

A third of the proceeds go toward new school books, and the rest for classroom supplies and other necessities.

Students and parents have been coming back for more for more than  a decade.

"I come to munch madness every year. They always have such a variety, great food. It's a chance to see the students, the parents. It's a great fellowship, plus my kids both came and went through the catholic school system so it's a wonderful fundraising event," says parent Connie Walters.

The food was brought in by area businesses, students, and parents.

This is St. Peter's Middle School's biggest fundraising event. It hopes to raise around $3000.
