COLUMBUS, KANSAS -     Justin Noel is with the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office and he is also Highland School's resource officer. As part of Summer Boost Camp Noel introduced students to the basics of what a crime scene investigation does. He brought in crime scene tape, finger print tools, and a slideshow to explain terms of a CSI. Students also were part of a mock crime scene. The scenario was students received a coupon for a free ice cream cone, but one student did not have one. They were asked to examine evidences to find out who took the coupon.

Summer Boost Camp's activities also includes swimming, math and art classroom work, a trip to the movies, and a trip to the zoo in Springfield, Missouri.
