Pittsburg man arrested in narcotics search

PITTSBURG, KANSAS -

On Thursday morning, July 2, 2015, Law Enforcement Officers from the Pittsburg Police Department served a search warrant for illegal narcotics at a residence located at 116 W. Park St., Pittsburg. During the search, officers found items believed to be methamphetamine and related drug paraphernalia.

A male suspect, 45 of Pittsburg, was arrested and taken to the jail at the Crawford County Sheriff's Office for booking. He is being charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, telony possession of paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. He is being held on a $3,000.00 bond.

The suspect was also arrested on two unrelated warrants.
