Take a good look at Gary Dardenne the third.  If you know where he's at, Cherokee County law enforcement wants a piece of that information.

"They're required to register and maintain up-to-date information with the sheriff's office so that we can provide that to the public," says Cherokee County Sheriff David Groves.

22-year-old Dardenne the third, convicted of indecent solicitation of a child, is in the same category of 44-year-old Jason Crum, who is also a convicted sex offender and has also fallen off law enforcement's radar.

Crum's pictures can be seen on a dating website here.

"Them failing to comply with that, they need to be held accountable because we need to be able to make the public aware of who is living within their community, who is working within their community, so that parents, grandparents, can make the decisions necessary to make sure to keep their families safe," says Groves.

This past weekend, Cherokee County law enforcement was also looking for two other convicted sex offenders, 42-year-old martin Marler and 60-year-old Jimmy Rather.  Rather has been found in police custody in Helena, Oklahoma, held on meth charges.  Marler was found in Wyoming, arrested on unrelated charges.

All four men, who police say did not comply with sex offender guidelines, now face additional felonies.

Sheriff Groves says he's following several credible leads to located the two men still missing.  All of the sex offenders, who either were or still are missing, were from the Baxter Springs area, except Martin Marler, who was from Galena.
