Arvest Bank and Art Feeds Joplin have teamed up on a new Arvest Affinity card. On July 16th, Arvest Bank and Art Feeds Joplin held a coloring contest at the Third Thursday event in Downtown Joplin. Local students and children were invited to participate in helping design a new debit card for Arvest Bank. The winning artwork was chosen shortly after the event. Libby Fanning, a third grader at College Heights Christian School, won the contest with her selected artwork. The Art Feeds Joplin debit card is now available at any Arvest Bank location. The replacement fee of $7.50 will be waived on Art Feeds Joplin debit cards through September 30, 2015, for new and current Arvest checking account customers.

(8/3/2015) Hundreds of little artists joined us in coloring the night away in Downtown Joplin. Each child was given a coloring sheet of a mock up Arvest debit card and the task to design the card in the most creative way possible.

All of the designs were submitted to a selection committe including a representative from Arvest Bank, Art Feeds Joplin, and Choice Marketing. Of all the designs, one was chosen as the winner. Libby Fanning, 3rd grader from College Heights Christian School, was chosen as the winner. Her design was chosen for her use of color, imagination, and detail.

Libby's drawing will be featured on speical Art Feeds Joplin Arvest debit card that will be available to the public in the coming weeks. All submissions are on display at the Arvest Bank located at 7th & Main in Joplin.
