Neosho Police ask for help in locating missing person


The Neosho, MO police department is asking for help in locating a missing person.

The department says Ricky D. Potter, 57, was last seen on Sunday after leaving his home on E. South Street to walk to Seneca, MO.  

Neosho Police tell us his family last spoke with him on his cell phone at about 1:30 p.m. Sunday and that he has not been seen or heard from since. We're told he suffers from a heart condition and emphysema. 

Potter is described as a white male, thin build, 6' 3", 160 lbs, brown hair and blue eyes.

The police department says he was last seen wearing a western shirt with tan pants and a tan cowboy hat and that Potter is missing half of his ring finger on his right hand.
