Waterman Found in Ottawa County

OTTAWA COUNTY, OK -

On 5/9/2016 at approximately 1626 hours I responded to 823 H St NW with other officers in reference a tip that Brian Michael Waterman (DOB 9/4/1983) was at the residence. Officers responding to this call had prior knowledge of the above listed outstanding warrant. Officers also had prior information indicating that the above listed warrant was a full-extradition warrant.
Upon officers arrival, we made contact with the owner of the residence Catherine Conrad. Conrad spoke with officers and gave permission to enter the residence. Waterman hiding underneath a bed in the bedroom located in the southwest corner of the residence. Officers removed Waterman from underneath the bed and placed him under arrest. Miami Nation Officer Alex Perez transported Waterman to Ottawa County Jail and I followed in order to process Waterman into the jail.

(5/9/2016): SEK Authorities are searching for a suspect in a Baxter Springs home invasion and stabbing. Authorities say the stabbing occurred Sunday on Kansas Street in Baxter Springs. the victim's sister tells us, 78 year old Bob Hopkins was stabbed several times in the chest. He is in intensive care at Freeman Hospital. 

Brian Waterman, 33, of Miami is the suspect Authorities are looking for.

    The crash happened around 7:25 a.m. on September 24th, 2018 in McDonald County, Missouri. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 26-year-old Billy Penn was driving a Dodge Neon north on Route E, about five miles south of Powell, when he crossed the center line and hit a GMC Sierra head-on.     A 19-year-old pleaded guilty today (Sept. 24, 2018) to second degree burglary after breaking into a Joplin bar. On December 18th, 2017, Joplin Police responded to Equality Rocks Bar (532 S.     The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash happened on September 18th, 2018 around 7:30 a.m. about 1/2 mile east of Carthage. According to the report, 66-year-old Mark Brewer was driving a Toyota Camry on E.Chestnut St. when he rear-ended a John Deer tractor. The tractor ran off the right side of the roadway. Brewer was flown to Mercy Hospital in Springfield where he died from his injuries on September 21st. Brewer's passenger, Julie Winter, was taken to Mercy Hospita...
