Sen. Moran’s Office Providing Limited Number of Tickets for Presidential Inauguration

WASHINGTON -

U.S. Senator Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) will be offering a limited number of tickets to Kansans for the inauguration ceremony of the 45th President of the United States. The ceremony will take place on Friday, Jan. 20, 2017, on the west side of the U.S. Capitol Building.

Tickets are limited, but Sen. Moran’s office will do their best to accommodate as many requests as possible. Individuals who secure a ticket may pick them up in Sen. Moran’s Washington, D.C., office Jan. 17-19, 2017.

Click here to request tickets via the online submission form. Requests must be completed by Dec. 31, 2016.

    The Joplin City Council elected its newest member tonight after the resignation of Joshua Bard. The council members selected Anthony Monteleone as the newest member.  Monteleone says he hopes to fix pay scales across the board, but especially for the police and fire department.
