Recipe from Kara Galloway of Tenn.
1/2 pork loin, sliced about 1 inch thick
1/2 pkg taco seasoning
1 cup salsa
2 tbsp. peach butter or peach preserves
Brown each side of the pork loin sightly. Combine all other ingredients, mixing well. Place this mix over pork loin. Stir to coat. Cook in crock pot 2-3 hours on medium until pork is tender. Serve over rice

1 cup margarine 1 cup granulated sugar ½ brown sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups soy flour blend 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup dried cherries 1 cup vanilla yogurt baking chips Combine in large bowl margarine and sugars and cream until well blended.
