Living History in Webb City

WEBB CITY, MISSOURI -

Webb City was looking backwards and forwards at its annual historical society meeting Sunday. The community development coordinator for the city discussed what is happening downtown. 

That area is now listed as a national historic district and the community development coordinator is working with businesses, to encourage exterior renovations that are historically accurate. This program kicks off the historical society's Year of Downtown.

    Allen Count Commissioner Jim Talkington has resigned.  He was County Commissioner District 3.
