Graduation Day at PSU

PITTSBURG, KANSAS -

Graduating Pitt State students rang the centennial bell Saturday, signifying the end of their academic careers. They did it after a commencement ceremony for the college of business, nursing school, and the college of arts and sciences.

Nearly 600 students graduated. Saturday was the second day of graduation ceremonies. On Friday, the college of technology and the college of education held their commencements.

    The future of medical marijuana in Oklahoma is now uncertain just days after the state approved emergency rules. Two lawsuits filed Friday  challenge the new guidelines on state question 788. Both groups say the department of health went too far but the two cases could have very different results.
