Outlaws Fall to St. Joe

The Joplin Outlaws fell to the St. Joe Mustangs 9-7 Tuesday night. The game was tied at seven entering the 9th, before a Brady Garrison 2-run single put the Mustangs ahead for good. With the loss, Joplin is now 2-8 on the season.

Former Pittsburg Purple Dragon and current Pitt State Gorilla Dante Richardson got the start on the mound for the Outlaws. He struck out 8 batters in 5.2 innings. Webb City product Calem Nutting was 2-5 at the plate with 3 RBI's, while lead-off man Zack Ehlen drove in two. 

Joplin will be back on the field Wednesday night at Joe Becker Stadium against the Queen City Crush, before returning to MINK League play Thursday at St. Joe.
