Vaden is the suspect in the death of 3-year-old Jayda Kyle of Carl Junction, MO in December of 2017. Vaden is charged with second degree murder and abuse or neglect resulting in death.

Defense Attorney Tracy Martin has requested all diagnostic imaging, including MRI scans, CT scans, x-rays and any other images and tests in the medical records of Jayda Kyle. The defense is also asking for all phone records, text messages and social media messages from August 1st, 2017 through December 6th, 2017 that were made to and from a cell phone put in evidence.
