We're enjoying our break in between rain chances. After dealing with strong to severe t-storms yesterday, we enjoyed a quiet Wednesday. We'll keep things quiet for Thursday before rain chances sneak back in for the weekend. The weekend rain chances will start with a quick moving disturbance sneaking out of the northern Plains from Friday morning into Friday afternoon. For Saturday into next Monday, we may have the moisture from the remnants of Sergio out in the Pacific keep rain chances around. With those factors coming into play for the weekend and early next week, we could see some more accumulating rainfall between 1 and 3 inches. The latest look shows the brunt of that rainfall looking to setup from I-44 to the south into Oklahoma and Arkansas. We'll keep an eye on this setup as we head into the weekend.
