Our Thursday wave will be working out as we roll into Friday. That means we'll start the morning with mostly cloudy skies and a few lingering snow flurries, but we'll turn partly sunny going into the afternoon. Of course, that means t-storms will not be a part of our weather equation as we get the coming weekend started. Any t-storms across the Lower 48 will stay off to our southeast. A stubborn front will finally be on the move toward the Atlantic coast as the weekend begins. That will mean the t-storm chances will extend from all along the Gulf Coast up into New England. No organized severe weather is anticipated with Friday's t-storm chances but there could certainly be some strong t-storms with some small hail and a few bouts of gusty winds.
