Summer fruit parfait

Ingredients

• 1 package (8 oz) soy cream cheese, softened
• 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow crème
• 2 cups whipped topping, thawed
• Assorted fresh fruit, sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, pineapple

Directions

1. In small mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and marshmallow crème until smooth
2. Fold in whipped topping
3. Layer mixture with fruit in dessert dishes

Serves 4 to 6.

NOTE:  Can also be served as a dip with a fruit tray
